All facial courses contain 6 treatments where the 6th treatment is complimentary. A course is valid for a single person and cannot be shared between people. Cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Treatments within a course can be booked at any available time and have no expiry date although to obtain optimum results we advise you take them within the advised time frame. Please note that a separate booking fee is not required when paying for a course however should you fail to give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling/rescheduling a treatment (and in line with our Booking Policy), £10 will be deducted from your initial payment and will be required to be repaid prior to receiving your final treatment. Should you need to cancel your course mid-way through, we will be happy for you to use your remaining balance towards other treatments, however these will be charged at full price. If you would prefer, a refund will be given but please note that the previous treatments will be charged at full price before the remaining balance is paid to you.
